An Editorial Experience
Like No Other
A Styled Shoot Crawl is a fast paced, high impact content experience designed for photographers, videographers & content creators who want maximum portfolio diversity in a single day without sacrificing quality or creativity.
Think of it as the ultimate editorial marathon... FOUR fully styled shoots in one session, each dripping with luxury details and dreamy backdrops. Each of the shoots has its own unique visual experience creating a full wedding day story. In addition, you will have a model portrait station and a headshot station (for photos of YOU in action!). 10 stations in total, 5 photographers per group, 3+ hours of shooting time = content for months!
The Experience
Photographers, videographers & content creators are divided into small groups of 5, rotating seamlessly through each styled vignette in 20 minute sessions. This thoughtful structure ensures that every detail can be captured without distraction, allowing you to photograph with clarity and intention.
The Details
You’ll capture four full styled wedding shoots, each designed with its own distinct color story and aesthetic, giving you incredible variety and depth in your portfolio. Every setup is built to tell a complete wedding day narrative from a model couple in a thoughtfully styled ceremony scene or dramatic floral installation, to a cohesive reception tablescape, curated cake display, escort card installation, and detailed flat lays. These four full editorials are strategically broken into eight unique shooting stations, allowing you to focus on both wide, storytelling moments and the intricate details that elevate your work.
In addition, you’ll have access to two bonus stations: a model portrait station for editorial style imagery and a headshot station where you’ll walk away with fresh, professional branding photos of yourself. In total, you’ll rotate through 10 distinct stations, each crafted to help you build a cohesive, high-end portfolio that feels like multiple luxury weddings in one experience.

Elkins Estate is one of the most breathtaking historic properties in the country.
Built in the late 1800s, this estate is known for its grand European-inspired architecture, ornate gilded interiors and sweeping staircases, expansive gardens and manicured grounds, and dramatic ceremony backdrops and reception spaces. Every corner of this venue feels like a destination wedding in Europe (without leaving the U.S.!)

Due to the nature of these types of events, all tickets and all payments are non-refundable but are transferable to someone else for the same date & time.

Frequently Asked Questions
CAN WE SUBMIT OUR IMAGES FOR PUBLICATION?
Absolutely! Our shoots have been featured on every major blog, many wedding magazines and several TV networks. We encourage submissions but just be sure to clarify that the images are from a Styled Shoots Across America editorial shoot.
DO WE HAVE TO WAIT ANY LENGTH OF TIME BEFORE SHARING IMAGES?
Of course not! You are free to share right away! We are planners/designers (NOT photographers!) so we don't need to be the first to post or share or anything like that!
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Our shoots will happen as scheduled rain or shine! We always have a rain plan in place in case of bad weather so that you still get to capture the full magic of the editorial. Sometimes it's fun to play in the rain though as photos turn out to be the most romantic!
CAN I BE IN A GROUP WITH A FRIEND?
Sure thing! You can definitely partner up with someone you know (or make new connections and trade camera or posing tips and tricks along the way!).
