YAY! OUR SUMMER SHOOT CRAWL IS HERE!

ARE YOU READY FOR IT?

Venue: Daughters of The American Revolution - Washington DC.

Date: July 23rd OR 24th, 2024 (you will select a day and time slot when buying your ticket)

Only 3 Photographers per group, rotating through 8 stations every 20 minutes. Total time you will be on property is about 3 hours. THERE WILL NEVER BE MORE THAN 24 PHOTOGRAPHERS ON SITE AT TIME.

The available shooting times are below (you will choose what time and day you want).

8:40am-11:20am

12:00pm-2:40pm

3:20pm-6:00pm

(The sunset isn't until 8:30pm, so all time spots will be in full sun however there are plenty of covered areas and half the stations are indoors!)

Tickets are $600 and go on sale to the general public on Monday, April, 22nd at 10:00am EST. (These tickets are for Photographers, Videographers & Content Creators ONLY.)

We will be offering SPLIT PAY! To reserve your spot, you can pay the first half when you register and second half by June 15th. Use code "SPLITPAYDC" when checking out!

The 8 shooting stations will consist of...

4 Full Styled Shoots that include models, floral backdrops, tablescapes, flat lays, cakes, escort displays, etc. Mood Boards are shown below. You will have 2 stations at each of these shoots. 20 mins with the models and 20 mins with the details at each shoot.

Styled Shoot 1 - the navy blue, light blue, blush mood board located in the Conneticut Board Room and the 3rd floor patio overlooking the Washitngon Monument. 

Styled Shoot 2 - the mauve, peach and tan mood board located outside on the Portico. 

Styled Shoot 3 - the pastel mood board located in the O'Byrne Gallery with its picturesque European architecture. 

Styled Shoot 4 - The classically elegant all white mood board located in the 2-story library and out front of the venue. 

FAQs:

-Yes, we will have a diverse lineup of models.

-Yes, we are looking for vendors - please email me if you are interested in applying to be apart of this shoot (heather@styledshootsacrossamerica.com)

-No, second shooters/assistants can not come without a ticket. Anyone who is on site must have a ticket.

- Yes, we have set aside money to have the florals refreshed for Day 2.

-The venue is about 10 mins from Reagan airport.

- There is NO designated parking at the venue. You will have to street park or park in a nearby garage. Uber, Lyft, and the metro are also great options for getting to and from the venue.

-Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable to someone else for the same event.

We will have gorgeous models, professional hair and makeup, multiple amazing florist, STUNNING gowns (can't wait to share these!), tuxes, gorgeous accessories, etc!

-------BONUS ADD ON SHOOTS-------

We are very excited to announce that we are offering an optional add-on shoot experience. 

 

Date: July 25th

Venues: Great Marsh Estate & Morais Vineyard (veneus are about 3 miles apart from each other) - Bealeton, VA

 

Times: You will select either morning (10:00am-2:30pm) or afternoon (3:00-7:30pm) when purchasing ticket. 

You will shoot for 2 hours at one venue and then have a 30 minute break to get to the next venue and then shoot for 2 hours at the second venue. 

These venues are about an hour from DC. We do not provide transportation. 

These shoots are more like our regular shoots - one styled shoot at each venue with one model couple, a single bride for portraits, flat lays, tablescape, cake display, escort display, etc.. 

Tickets are $600 for the add on shoots (you get both shoots!) and go on sale to the general public on Monday, April, 22nd at 10:00am EST. (These tickets are for Photographers, Videographers & Content Creators ONLY.)

Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to someone else for the same event. You may NOT use ticket from one event as credit towards another event. Tickets are only good for the exact date/time/location listed. 

Covid-19

An inherent risk of COVID-19 exists in any place where people are present. By attending, working or being present at this Styled Shoots Across America event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We will follow all government guidelines and take enhanced precautions to insure your health and safety like providing masks and hand sanitizer, checking temps at the door, etc. 

Should the local government close down the state or not allow gatherings during the days of this event, the shoot crawl will be rescheduled and all ticket holders will have the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or take a refund.
