We only allow a max of 20 photographers at each shoot to allow ample time for each person to get plenty of images. Photographers will be broken into small groups of 5 and will rotate (generally in 30 min increments) shooting different details of the setup. All shoots are 3 hours long and inlcude a focal backdrop/ceremony space, tablescape, cake setup, flat lays, models and more.
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else for the same event. By purchsing this ticket, you understand you are buying a photographer spot to an event at an exact date/location and credit to other events will not be allowed.
An inherent risk of COVID-19 exists in any place where people are present. By attending, working or being present at this Styled Shoots Across America event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We will follow all government guidelines and take enhanced precautions to insure your health and safety like providing masks and hand sanitizer, checking temps at the door, etc.
Should the state w close down the state or not allow gatherings during the days of this event, the shoot crawl will be rescheduled and all ticket holders will have the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or take a refund.
