YAY! OUR BIG EVENT IS FINALLY HERE!

ARE YOU READY FOR IT?

This event style is BRAND NEW for us so please read the below details thoroughly!

Location: Sunstone Winery - Santa Ynez, California (you know, the place where tons of celebrities have gotten married!)

Date: Tuesday or Wednesday, March 19th or 20th (you will choose your preferred date when purchasing tickets)

This styled shoot event will feature 10 stations all of which will have models. 5 stations will have bride and groom models and 5 stations will have single models. With a mix of massive floral installations and the stunning tuscan inspired architecture, you are sure to leave with stunning portraits like never before!

Photographers and Videographers will be in groups of 1 or 2 ONLY! Tickets will be $600 per person (or $1000 per person if you want to be in a group all by yourself!) There will never be more than 20 photographers on property at a time so you shouldn’t have people in the background, you don’t have to split up posing time with 5 other photogs, etc. YAY! We are so excited for this intimate group experience!

You will have 10 minutes per station to capture the models plus you will have a 30 minute free for all to shoot the setups and venue with models. Total time shooting is 2 hours.

When purchasing tickets, you will choose your date and shooting time.

Available time spots for both days are as follows:

8:30am-10:30am

10:30am - 12:30pm

12:30pm-2:30pm

2:30pm-4:30pm

4:30pm- 6:30pm

Shooting stations will be both indoors and outdoors and you are welcome to move models around for the best light no matter what station you are in!

**JUST TO CLARIFY - there will be no tablescapes, no cakes, no stationery, etc at this event! Models and models and models and florals and florals and florals only! 

We will have gorgeous models, professional hair and makeup, multiple amazing florist, STUNNING gowns (can't wait to share these!), tuxes, gorgeous accessories, etc!

Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to someone else for the same event. You may NOT use ticket from one event as credit towards another event. Tickets are only good for the exact date/time/location listed. 

Covid-19

An inherent risk of COVID-19 exists in any place where people are present. By attending, working or being present at this Styled Shoots Across America event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We will follow all government guidelines and take enhanced precautions to insure your health and safety like providing masks and hand sanitizer, checking temps at the door, etc. 

Should the local government close down the state or not allow gatherings during the days of this event, the shoot crawl will be rescheduled and all ticket holders will have the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or take a refund.
